WOER (09981) announced that its subsidiary, Shenzhen Woer New Energy Electric Technology Co., Ltd. ("Woer New Energy"), has successfully secured a land use right in the Longtian subdistrict of Pingshan District, Shenzhen.

This follows the company's prior approval for the subsidiary to participate in the auction using self-raised funds capped at RMB 9 million. The land, identified as industrial plot G13111-0115, spans a total area of 2,322.65 square meters. The auction starting price was set at RMB 7.15 million, with a required bid bond of RMB 1.43 million.

On August 5, 2026, Woer New Energy won the land use right and signed the transaction confirmation letter (No. 48) with the Shenzhen Group Co., Ltd. Land and Mining Rights Business Branch, which was authorized by the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau Pingshan Administration. The total transaction price was RMB 7.15 million.

The acquired land is adjacent to Woer New Energy's current production base. This purchase is intended to meet the subsidiary's need for operational space, including research and development and manufacturing. It is also expected to enhance resource utilization efficiency and strengthen production synergy, aligning with the company's long-term strategic development plan.
