CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the company, as the lessor, signed a financial lease agreement with the lessee (Qinghai Huangnan Yue Dian New Energy Co., Ltd.) on November 27, 2025. Under the agreement, the lessor will purchase the leased assets from the lessee for RMB 1.22 billion and lease them back to the lessee for a term of 192 months. The leased assets consist of photovoltaic power station equipment located in Qinghai Province, China.
