Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. (JOYSON ELEC) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, 27 October 2026. The meeting’s core agenda includes reviewing and approving the consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and authorising their subsequent publication. Additional routine corporate matters may also be transacted.
