Sino Biopharmaceutical to Rebrand English Stock Short Name as “SBP GROUP” from 31 March 2026

Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited announced that its English stock short name on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will change from “SINO BIOPHARM” to “SBP GROUP” with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 31 March 2026. The Chinese stock short name remains “中國生物製藥”, and the company’s stock code stays unchanged at 1177.

The corporate website will migrate to “www.sbpgroup.com” on 26 March 2026, aligning the online presence with the new English stock short name. The registered English and Chinese company names, “Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited” and “中國生物製藥有限公司”, are unchanged.

According to the board, the rebranding will not affect any rights of existing shareholders. The board currently comprises six executive directors and five independent non-executive directors, chaired by Ms. Tse Theresa Y Y.
