Subsequently, between November 20 and November 26, 2025 (the relevant period), Three D Partners Limited acquired an additional 2.052 million shares under the share purchase agreement. The shares purchased will be held by Three D Partners Limited until they vest under the Restricted Share Unit Incentive Plan.
