Vitasoy Int’l (00345.HK) Repurchases 0.10 Million Shares at HK$6.61 Each, Cumulative Buy-backs Reach 33.00 Million under 2025 Mandate

Vitasoy International Holdings Limited disclosed that on 9 March 2026 it repurchased 0.10 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$6.58 and HK$6.63, for a volume-weighted average consideration of HK$6.61 per share. The transaction cost totalled HK$0.66 million, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Including this latest transaction, Vitasoy has bought back 33.00 million shares since receiving shareholder approval on 25 August 2025, utilising 3.14% of the 104.95 million-share repurchase mandate.

After incorporating share movements up to 9 March 2026, the company’s issued share capital remains at 1.02 billion shares, of which 1.54 million are held as treasury shares pending cancellation. No new shares may be issued, nor may treasury shares be transferred, until 8 April 2026 in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
