Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. (H Shares Stock Code: 6693) has announced that its board of directors has appointed Mr. Zhang Tianhang as Vice President, effective 2 February 2026. His term of office will coincide with the current board’s tenure.

As of the date of the announcement, Mr. Zhang holds 5,000 A shares of Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. and has no other disclosed relationships with any directors, senior management, or major shareholders. The company confirms his qualifications meet the regulatory requirements for senior managerial roles, and he is not subject to any disqualification from serving in this capacity under applicable laws.
