On 17 July 2026, Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (“Conch Cement”) reported fresh equity repurchases on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (H-shares) and Shanghai Stock Exchange (A-shares), according to its Next Day Disclosure Return.

H-share repurchase • Volume: 735,000 shares, equal to 0.0569 % of the 1.29 billion H shares outstanding before the transaction. • Price range: HKD 16.97 to HKD 17.20; volume-weighted average price: HKD 17.07. • Outlay: HKD 12.54 million. • Post-deal share position: issued H shares fell to 1.29 billion, while treasury H shares rose to 7.84 million. • Cumulative under 28 May 2026 mandate: 7.84 million H shares repurchased, or 0.60 % of the H-share count at mandate date; 122.13 million shares remain available for buybacks. • New-issue moratorium: no new share issuance or treasury share disposal before 16 August 2026.

A-share repurchase • Volume: 900,000 shares, trimming the A-share base by 0.0227 %. • Price range: RMB 17.53 to RMB 17.75; volume-weighted average price: RMB 17.65. • Outlay: RMB 15.88 million. • Post-deal share position: issued A shares declined to 3.96 billion; treasury A shares climbed to 12.51 million.

Capital structure after the latest transactions • Total issued shares (A + H): 5.28 billion. • Total treasury shares: 20.34 million (12.51 million A shares + 7.84 million H shares).

Compliance statement Conch Cement affirmed that the buybacks adhered to the Hong Kong Main Board Rules and Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations, with no material changes to its explanatory statements dated 23 April and 26 May 2026, respectively.
