For the month ended 31 July 2026, China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital across both Hong Kong-listed H shares and Shanghai-listed A shares.
The total authorised share capital remained at 9.62 billion shares, comprising 2.78 billion H shares and 6.85 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB1.00. Issued shares were unchanged at the same levels, and the company held no treasury shares.
CPIC confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 5 % public-float requirement for its H-share class as at end-July.
Convertible instruments were the only notable capital item. The HK$15.56 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2030 (stock code: 05920) could be exchanged into up to 414.72 million H shares. Following the RMB1.15 per-share dividend approved on 10 June 2026, the conversion price was adjusted from HK$39.04 to HK$37.51 on 22 June 2026, in accordance with bond terms.
No share options, warrants, other convertible securities, or additional equity arrangements were reported for the month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.
