Cspc Innovation's Subsidiary Receives $30 Million Upfront Payment from AstraZeneca

Cspc Innovation Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (300765.SZ) announced that on July 1, 2026, its controlling subsidiary, Jushi Biologics, signed a Collaboration, Option, and License Agreement with AstraZeneca PLC. The partnership focuses on strategic collaboration in the field of novel small interfering RNA candidate drugs, aimed at developing innovative extrahepatic delivery small interfering RNA drug candidates.

According to the terms of the agreement, Jushi Biologics received a $30 million upfront payment from AstraZeneca PLC on August 12, 2026. The actual amount received is subject to a deduction for bank handling fees.
