CG Services Sets FY2025 Final Dividend at RMB 0.0462 per Share; Scrip Shares Priced at HKD 5.47

Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.0462 per share for the year ended 31 December 2025, following shareholder approval on 29 May 2026. Based on the announced exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.14964, the cash dividend equates to HKD 0.0532 per share.

Shareholders may elect to receive the dividend wholly or partly in new shares under a scrip dividend scheme. The issue price for each scrip share is set at HKD 5.47. Fractional entitlements will be disregarded, with the benefit accruing to the company.
