Zengame Technology Adds 0.03% to Share Base through Option Exercise, Affirms Public-Float Compliance

Zengame Technology Holding Limited reported that 300,000 new ordinary shares were issued in May 2026 following employee share-option exercises. The issuance lifted the company’s outstanding share count to 1.04 billion (1,036.18 million) from 1.04 billion (1,035.88 million), representing a 0.03% month-on-month expansion.

The exercised options, granted under the 2019 Share Option Scheme, reduced the scheme’s outstanding options to 4.17 million units. Proceeds from the exercise amounted to HKD 0.39 million, based on an exercise price of HKD 1.29 per share.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 50.00 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.

Zengame confirmed that its public float continues to meet the Main Board’s 25% minimum requirement.

Separately, the 2024 Share Scheme—approved on 31 May 2024—still has a capacity for up to 87.06 million new shares, equal to 10% of the company’s current issued share capital.

The company reported no movements in treasury shares, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked securities during the month.
