Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 06068) reported that as of January 31, 2026, its authorized share capital comprised 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 100,000,000. The number of issued shares remained unchanged at 2,178,154,000, with zero treasury shares recorded.

The company confirmed continued compliance with the 25% minimum public float requirement. No new shares were issued or repurchased during January. A share option scheme remains in place, under which 189,000,000 shares may be issued in the future, although no options were exercised or transferred for the period.
