SAINT BELLA (02508) announced that the board has proposed changing the company's English name from "SAINT BELLA Inc." to "SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED," while the Chinese dual foreign name will be updated from "圣贝拉有限公司" to "圣贝拉集团有限公司."
Mr. Liang Jun has resigned as a non-executive director and member of the board's audit and remuneration committees, effective December 24, 2025, due to personal career planning. On the same date, independent non-executive director Mr. Rainer Josef Bürkle has been appointed as a member of the audit and remuneration committees.
