The "Good Times, Gather in Fuzhou" large-scale supply and demand matching event for spring 2026 graduates was officially launched in Fuzhou on February 26. The event aims to create a high-quality employment platform for university graduates, supporting their job search with ample, high-caliber positions and intelligent services.
This event brought together over 400 high-quality enterprises and public institutions, offering nearly ten thousand job openings. The positions are diverse, encompassing stable, high-quality roles in public institutions, state-owned enterprises, and key leading companies, as well as various options in new forms of employment and grassroots-level positions. The venue featured several specialized zones, including areas dedicated to Taiwanese enterprises and compatriots, a county-level talent recruitment section for "Gathering Talents in Fuzhou," and a new-type job exhibition area, designed to precisely meet different job-seeking needs.
A specially set up "Good Times, Gather in Fuzhou" career support zone became a major highlight. It provided comprehensive job-seeking services such as AI resume analysis, AI mock interviews, one-on-one career guidance, and free professional image consulting, attracting numerous participants. One of them was Zhang Yuting, a senior student at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, who is set to graduate in June and is seeking a position in logistics. She tried the AI resume analysis function immediately upon entering the recruitment fair. "The AI analysis gave me a score and optimization suggestions, which was incredibly helpful. I will revise my resume based on the advice to better align with my target jobs," she said.
Chen Ziyang, a technical staff member from China Straits Talent Market, explained that the newly launched AI-powered employment services include job matching, resume diagnosis, and digital human mock interviews. By uploading a resume, the system intelligently matches candidates with suitable positions. The resume diagnosis provides a score and improvement suggestions, while the mock interviews simulate real scenarios and offer targeted feedback. "This year, the team also upgraded the AI large language model, optimizing and adding new functions to enable intelligent job-seeking services through both online and offline channels, breaking down information barriers in the recruitment process," Chen added.
Staff from the Fuzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that Fuzhou is fully committed to building an integrated online and offline artificial intelligence employment service system. An online "AI brain" for employment services is being developed, leveraging AI and large language model technologies to construct knowledge graphs for policies, talent, and enterprises. Furthermore, the offline recruitment fair pioneered an "AI Employment Service Zone," materializing and contextualizing AI job-seeking functions to continuously enhance the intelligence level of employment services.
