DEEWIN (02418) announced that on October 9, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Yongqing Group Limited (Yongqing Group) regarding cooperation in overseas park digitalized logistics (Strategic Cooperation).
Under the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will engage in deep cooperation in the field of park digitalized transportation capacity management. The Group will provide efficient, safe, and stable digitalized transportation capacity service management solutions for the Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP Park) located in Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, which is operated and managed by Yongqing Group. This aims to reduce overall logistics costs of IMIP Park and enhance operational efficiency, including but not limited to "comprehensive transportation capacity resource integration and scheduling management, comprehensive transportation service management, warehousing and production collaborative management, and information sharing and visualization management."
Additionally, according to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will conduct deep cooperation in areas such as integrated transportation capacity management at IMIP Park, smart logistics solutions, and customized vehicles and aftermarket services. Furthermore, both parties will engage in deep cooperation in the overall construction of other newly established overseas parks, including but not limited to "overall infrastructure cooperation for new parks, coordinated construction of smart parks, transportation capacity organization and management, and establishment of data centers and service systems," while actively promoting cooperation at the equity level.
The Group currently manages and operates China's largest heavy truck "Internet of Vehicles" platform (with approximately 1.2 million vehicles registered as of June 30, 2025). Leveraging its rich experience and mature solutions in the Internet of Vehicles field, the Group will provide efficient, safe, and stable digitalized transportation capacity service management solutions for parks operated and managed by Yongqing Group.
The Directors believe that the Strategic Cooperation will benefit the Group's overseas business expansion, bring new market opportunities to the Group, and align with the Group's long-term development goals and business development strategies. Therefore, the Directors consider that the Strategic Cooperation is in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
