Goldwind Presents Ninth-Session Board Line-up and Committee Assignments

Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced the composition of its ninth Board of Directors, detailing executive, non-executive, independent and employee representatives, as well as the updated membership of four specialised committees.

The Board comprises eight directors. Executive representation includes Chairman Wu Gang and Vice-Chairman Cao Zhigang. Non-executive seats are held by Gao Jianjun and Yang Liying.
