As of July 31, 2026, the company had repurchased 182 million A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized竞价 trading system. These repurchased A-shares account for 0.87844% of the company's total share capital. The highest execution price was 3.25 yuan per share, with the lowest at 2.42 yuan per share, resulting in a total expenditure of 509 million yuan (excluding transaction fees).
As of the same date, MCC had also repurchased a cumulative total of 65.815 million H-shares, representing 0.31808% of the company's total share capital (calculated after the cancellation of H-shares repurchased before June 30, 2026). The highest and lowest execution prices for H-shares were 1.94 Hong Kong dollars and 1.35 Hong Kong dollars per share, respectively, with a total expenditure of 105 million Hong Kong dollars (excluding transaction fees).
It is worth noting that 32 million H-shares repurchased from January to June had already been cancelled on June 2, 2026.
