On April 2, BlackRock purchased an additional 493,491 shares of LINK REIT (00823) at a price of HK$36.4635 per share, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$17.9944 million. Following this acquisition, BlackRock’s total holdings in the real estate investment trust increased to around 210 million shares, representing a stake of 8.02%.
