The technology sector is leading a V-shaped recovery in the A-share market, with institutions suggesting the window for strategic positioning has arrived, advocating for a balanced allocation approach.

On July 22nd, the telecommunications sector was notably active. Market bellwether ZTE Corporation, with a market capitalization in the hundreds of billions, hit the daily 10% limit-up just before the midday close. However, the stock suddenly gave back some of those gains in the afternoon session. At the time of writing, the shares were up 8.37%, with a total market capitalization of 180.8 billion yuan.

Shares of ZTE in Hong Kong also experienced a surge followed by a pullback, rising nearly 6% at the time of writing.

Aside from ZTE, Ruijie Networks also retreated from its limit-up in the afternoon and is currently up over 15%. Star-net Ruijie briefly opened after hitting its limit but quickly re-sealed the涨停. Gongjin Electronics maintained its涨停封板.
