According to market sources, the public offering attracted approximately 254,000 applicants, with oversubscription reaching 3,843 times and total subscriptions amounting to HK$456.7 billion. The company plans to issue 23.141 million H-shares, with 5% allocated for public offering in Hong Kong. The offer price ranges from HK$95.3 to HK$101.7 per share, targeting a maximum fundraising of HK$2.35 billion. Each board lot comprises 30 shares, with a minimum investment of HK$3,081.8 per lot.
Trading is expected to commence on September 1, with CSC Financial and CITIC Securities serving as joint sponsors.
