Giordano International cuts 2.04 million share options in July; issued share capital stable and public float upheld

Giordano International Limited on 5 August 2026 filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026 with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The filing shows no change in authorised or issued share capital, while the outstanding share-option pool shrank modestly.

The authorised share capital stayed at HKD 100.00 million, equivalent to 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each.

Issued share capital remained unchanged at 1,616,376,518 ordinary shares—approximately 1.62 billion—with no treasury shares on the books. The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement.

Activity within the 2011 Share Option Scheme led to the lapse of 2.04 million options during the month, leaving 25.98 million options outstanding at 31 July 2026. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred, resulting in zero proceeds from option exercises.

The return reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts or other share-issuance arrangements.
