UNI MEDICAL's Subsidiary to Issue Medium-Term Notes with Up to 300 Million Yuan in Principal

UNI MEDICAL (02666) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, General Universal International Financial Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (the Issuer), has registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors in China to issue domestic medium-term notes with a maximum aggregate principal amount of 1 billion yuan. As of the date of this announcement, the remaining quota is 800 million yuan. The Issuer has decided to issue the first tranche of 2026 domestic medium-term notes with a maximum aggregate principal amount of 300 million yuan to institutional investors in China. The first tranche of notes has a term of two years with a fixed interest rate, which will be finally determined through bookbuilding upon the close of the subscription application. The net proceeds from the issuance of the first tranche of notes will be used by the Issuer to repay maturing debt.
