Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (T82U) announced that, as of Oct, 27 2025, it has fully redeemed the 200 million Singapore dollar fixed-rate subordinated perpetual securities comprised in Series 010 (ISIN: SGXF25994876).
The redeemed securities, originally constituted under a trust deed dated Aug, 15 2013 and amended on Oct, 15 2020, will be cancelled following the redemption, bringing the issue to a close.
