Shanghai has issued an action plan aimed at promoting the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises, according to an announcement from the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
The plan calls for ensuring stable supply and prices of energy resources. It includes strengthening efforts to secure stable supply and pricing for refined oil, natural gas, and bottled liquefied petroleum gas.
Authorities will implement the reform plan for transmission and distribution electricity pricing in the fourth regulatory cycle to lower electricity prices for industrial and commercial users. The plan also calls for optimizing electricity pricing policy for computing power centers, applying the deep-valley electricity price for large industrial users as a reference.
In addition, Shanghai will expand the scope of its agricultural time-of-use electricity pricing policy, extending preferential treatment to 12 modern agricultural facility zones.
