YOFC (06869) Sees HK$1.633 Billion Share Transfer, Representing 3.20% of Total Shares, Moved from BNP Paribas

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, YOFC (06869) experienced a significant position change on August 6, with a total transfer value of approximately HK$1.633 billion, accounting for 3.20% of the company's shares. The company's shareholders transferred 8.5656 million shares to Citibank while moving 12.2106 million shares out of BNP Paribas.

Previously, YOFC announced that the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of approximately RMB 2.4 billion to RMB 3 billion for the first half of 2026. Compared to the same period last year, this represents an increase of RMB 2.104 billion to RMB 2.704 billion, a year-on-year growth of 711% to 914%. The company also anticipates its non-recurring profit and loss adjusted net profit for the first half of 2026 to be around RMB 2 billion to RMB 2.6 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1,349% to 1,784%.
