(ASX: HNP) has announced that, in order to fill the vacancy for an independent non-executive director created by the resignation of Mr. Xia Qing, the board of directors proposes the election of Mr. Mei Shengwei to serve as an independent non-executive director on the company's eleventh board of directors.
