Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.14 billion ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each as of 4 September 2026. No treasury shares were outstanding.
Repurchase activity: • Between 24 August and 4 September 2026 the company bought back 1.13 million shares for cancellation at prices ranging from HK$0.435 to HK$0.4676 per share. • The most recent transaction on 4 September 2026 involved 600,000 shares purchased on the Stock Exchange at a high of HK$0.47 and a low of HK$0.465, for a total consideration of HK$0.28 million. • Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 22 May 2026, Playmates Toys has acquired 23.98 million shares, equivalent to 2.05 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. The outstanding authority permits further repurchases up to a total of 117.03 million shares.
All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation and remain part of the issued share capital until cancellation is completed. In accordance with listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares until 4 October 2026.
