Link Holdings has announced that its Hong Kong head office and principal place of business will move to Unit B, 23/F, Yue Hing Building, 103 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, effective 22 May 2026.

The company’s telephone and facsimile numbers will change to (852) 2598 0085 and (852) 2598 0086, respectively. Link Holdings’ registered office in the Cayman Islands and its corporate website remain unchanged.

The announcement was authorised by the Board, chaired by Non-executive Director Wong Chun Hung Hanson. Other board members include Executive Director Lui Tin Shun; Non-executive Directors Chiu Kung Chik, Gao Zhaoyuan, Yuen Lai Him and He Dingding; and Independent Non-executive Directors Chan Wai Ki Joffee, Ho Sing Wai and Tang Chiu Ming Jeremy.

The directors collectively accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information disclosed, confirming compliance with the GEM Listing Rules.
