NetEase Cloud Music Inc. has issued a circular convening its Annual General Meeting for 23 June 2026, 2:00 p.m., at the company’s Hangzhou headquarters. Shareholders of record on 22 June 2026 are eligible to vote; the register will be closed from 17 to 23 June 2026.
Key resolutions to be tabled include:
1. Board Composition • Executive vice-president of business intelligence Yong Li and independent non-executive directors Ying Kit Caleb Lo and Zhong Xu will retire by rotation and stand for re-election. • Lo and Xu have each confirmed independence under Listing Rule 3.13.
2. 4. Auditor • Re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as external auditor and authorisation for the board to set its remuneration.
5. Administrative Details • Proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 2:00 p.m., 21 June 2026.
The board recommends voting in favour of all resolutions, stating the proposals are in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
