CSC Holdings Reports Zero Share Movements in August 2026, Public Float Remains Above 25%

CSC Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month.

• Stable Share Count: The number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 20.39 billion, with no treasury shares held.

• Public Float Compliance: Management affirmed that the free-float ratio continues to meet the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of at least 25%.

• No Capital Activity: The filing reported no issuance, cancellation, repurchase, or redemption of shares. Total net change in both issued and treasury shares during the month was zero.

• Share Option Scheme Status: No share options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed. While the scheme currently has no outstanding options, it retains authority to issue or transfer up to 2.04 billion additional shares approved by shareholders on 29 June 2020.

• Absence of Dilutive Instruments: The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The submission, dated 2 September 2026 and signed by Executive Director Chow Kam Wah, reiterates that all regulatory and listing rule requirements were satisfied during the reporting period.
