It has been reported that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 26, a shareholder of LITIAN PICTURES (09958) transferred shares from KGI Asia to Citibank. The value of the transferred shares was HK$11.3589 million, representing 12.64% of the holdings. LITIAN PICTURES had previously announced the allotment and issuance of 72 million new shares pursuant to a placing agreement dated February 4, 2026, under a general mandate.
