Yum China (09987) reported changes in its issued share capital as of 25 February 2026. The opening balance on 24 February 2026 stood at 354.08 million shares. Following a repurchase of 53,756 shares in the U.S. (at USD 55.81 per share) and the issuance of 8,722 new shares under long-term incentive plans (at USD 56.43 per share), the total outstanding shares reached 354.04 million.
From 04 December 2025 to 25 February 2026, multiple share repurchases were executed in both Hong Kong and the U.S. and remain subject to cancellation. On 25 February 2026 alone, Yum China repurchased 53,507 shares on the NYSE (at prices between USD 55.65 and USD 56.45) and 17,700 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (at prices between HKD 433.00 and HKD 438.20). Under the current repurchase mandate, the total number of shares authorized for buyback stands at 37.24 million, with 20.96 million shares already repurchased on the Exchange or another stock exchange since the mandate’s approval.
