Recently, Hubei New Industries Technician College organized faculty and students from multiple departments, including the Open Education Department, the Medical and Nursing Department, and the Drone Training Institute of the Mechanical Engineering Department, to participate in the 2026 "Spring Breeze Action" large-scale job fair and the "Spring Return Action" promotion event for returning entrepreneurs at Xianning People's Square. On the day of the event, the college's "New Industries Technician College Entrepreneurship and Employment Services" booth attracted large crowds, becoming a major highlight. Faculty and students from the Medical and Nursing Department, dressed in nursing uniforms, demonstrated professional healthcare skills and explained first aid knowledge to the public. Instructors from the Drone Training Institute showcased advanced drone equipment with flight demonstrations and technical explanations, drawing interest from job seekers fascinated by emerging technologies. Staff from the Open Education Department enthusiastically introduced the school's various training programs and employment support policies, distributed promotional materials, and answered questions on-site regarding vocational skill enhancement and entrepreneurial assistance. Moving forward, the college will use the "Spring Breeze Action" as an opportunity to further deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, continuously optimize its training curriculum system, cultivate more high-quality skilled talent for Xianning, and contribute to the high-quality development of the regional economy.
