Uxin (UXIN.US) Surges Nearly 11% as Q3 Revenue Jumps 76.8% YoY

On Friday, Uxin (UXIN.US) surged nearly 11% to $3.48. The company reported Q3 total revenue of RMB 879 million, up 33.6% quarter-over-quarter and 76.8% year-over-year. Retail vehicle sales revenue reached RMB 819 million, increasing 34.8% QoQ and 84.3% YoY, accounting for a growing share of total revenue.

Uxin's total transaction volume in Q3 reached 15,904 units, up 37.0% QoQ and 125.7% YoY. Retail transactions totaled 14,020 units, rising 35.0% QoQ and 133.5% YoY, remaining the core driver of growth.

The company expects Q4 2025 retail transactions to range between 18,500 and 19,000 units, with total revenue—including retail and wholesale vehicle sales plus other income—projected at RMB 1.15 billion to RMB 1.18 billion.

CFO Lin Feng noted significant profitability improvements, with gross margin hitting a three-year high and adjusted EBITDA losses narrowing substantially. Key metrics validate the scalability of its "offline superstore + online nationwide sales" model.

Uxin will continue focusing on retail growth and operational efficiency to sustain financial momentum. Q4 transaction volume is forecast to grow over 110% YoY and exceed 30% QoQ.
