JOINN Declares FY2025 Final Cash Dividend of RMB0.12 per Share; Payment Set for 4 August 2026

JOINN Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. has released an updated announcement confirming a final ordinary dividend of RMB0.12 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on an exchange rate of RMB1 : HKD1.1488, the dividend translates to HKD0.13786 per H share.

Tax treatment • A 10% PRC enterprise income tax will be withheld on dividends payable to non-resident enterprise shareholders (including shares registered in the name of HKSCC Nominees Limited and other nominee holders). • Overseas individual shareholders are exempt from PRC individual income tax on the dividend.

Governance update The board is chaired by Ms. Feng Yuxia and comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director, four independent non-executive directors and one employee director.

The update supersedes the previous notice to reflect the applicable exchange rate, default payment currency and revised director information. The company expects to complete dividend distribution to all eligible shareholders no later than 4 August 2026.
