Basetrophy Group Holdings Limited (Basetrophy) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangdong Haidaohong Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (Haidaohong) dated 21 March 2026. The partnership centres on the sales, marketing, cultivation and processing of seawater rice–related products.

Under the agreement, Basetrophy will focus on brand building, channel development and market expansion, while Haidaohong will contribute its expertise in research, cultivation and product processing. The collaboration aims to accelerate market penetration and enhance commercialisation across the agricultural value chain.

Management stated that the move aligns with Basetrophy’s strategy to diversify into agriculture and health-related sectors, positioning the Group to capture rising demand for functional agricultural products and broaden revenue streams. The agreement is a framework document of intent; specific rights and obligations will be defined in subsequent project contracts, which will be disclosed in accordance with GEM Listing Rules.
