Financial Street Capital to Become New Controlling Shareholder of Beijing Huayuan Xinhang

Beijing Huayuan Xinhang Holding Co., Ltd. (SH: 600743) announced it received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Huayuan Group, regarding a share transfer agreement. The notice, dated September 20, 2026, follows instructions from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xicheng District, which approved the restructuring of the company's equity structure.

Under the terms of the transaction, Huayuan Group will transfer 21.5040% of its shares in Beijing Huayuan Xinhang Holding Co., Ltd. (SH: 600743) to Financial Street Capital through a non-public agreement at a price of RMB 2.22 per share. Additionally, Huayuan Group will transfer another 8.3960% of its shares to Financial Street Capital at no cost, as part of the state-owned equity optimization plan.

This move is part of the Xicheng District SASAC's broader initiative to optimize the ownership structure of Beijing Huayuan Xinhang, enhance its market-oriented operational capabilities, and strengthen its position in the capital markets to support the company's long-term, high-quality development. Once the transaction is completed, the controlling shareholder of the company will shift from Huayuan Group to Financial Street Capital, while the actual controller remains unchanged.
