China National Software (600536.SH) Issues Profit Warning, Anticipates 2025 Net Loss Attributable to Shareholders of 41-49 Million Yuan

Stock News01-16

China National Software & Service Company Limited (600536.SH) announced that, based on preliminary calculations by its finance department, it expects to report a net loss attributable to owners of the parent company in the range of -49 million yuan to -41 million yuan for the full year of 2025. The company also forecasts a net loss attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses to be between -61 million yuan and -51 million yuan for the same period.

The anticipated loss for 2025 is primarily attributed to two key factors: firstly, the company remains focused on its core responsibilities and main businesses, yet its operational structure is still undergoing a transformation and upgrade phase, resulting in persistent periodic losses; secondly, the company has made provisions for impairment on certain equity assets.

Despite the projected loss, the company expects a significant reduction in the net loss attributable to owners of the parent company compared to the previous year. This improvement is mainly due to the initial results of the business transformation and upgrade, coupled with enhanced profitability in its core application solutions business for party and government clients.
