Champion REIT (02778) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting total rental income of HK$1.029 billion, representing a 7.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. Net property income reached HK$859 million, down 10% year-on-year, while distributable income totaled HK$476 million, marking a 12.6% decline from the previous year. The distribution per unit stood at HK$0.0701. Including the distribution to unitholders, the company recorded a loss of HK$2.073 billion during the period, representing a 30.16% increase year-on-year.
