Biocytogen Schedules 29 October Board Meeting to Approve Q3 2026 Results

Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 29 October 2026. The meeting’s primary agenda is to consider and approve the company’s consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and to authorise their publication.

The board is chaired by Dr. Shen Yuelei, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Other board members include Executive Director Dr. Ni Jian; Non-Executive Directors Dr. Zhou Kexiang, Ms. Zhang Leidi, and Dr. Liu Hongkang; Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Hua Fengmao, Dr. Yu Changyuan, and Ms. Liang Xiaoyan; as well as Employee Director Ms. Li Yan.

The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 16 October 2026.
