Gong Hailin has formally dispatched the offer document for an unconditional voluntary cash partial offer to acquire up to 115.00 million shares of Fu Shou Yuan International Group Limited, according to an announcement released on 18 September 2026. AFG Securities Limited is acting as the offer agent on behalf of the Offeror.

The partial offer opened for acceptance on 18 September 2026 and will remain open until 4:00 p.m. on 16 October 2026, unless extended with regulatory consent. The proposal is unconditional in all respects, meaning no further conditions must be met for acceptances to be processed.
