Realord Technology Company Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing the completion of a 4-for-1 share subdivision that reshaped both its authorised and issued share structures.
The subdivision, effective 14 September 2026, reduced the par value of each ordinary share from HKD 0.10 to HKD 0.025 while leaving total authorised capital unchanged at HKD 2.00 billion. As a result, the number of authorised shares expanded by 60.00 billion to 80.00 billion.
Issued shares experienced a proportional four-fold increase, rising by 4.33 billion to 5.77 billion. No treasury shares were recorded, and there were no exercises or grants of share options, warrants, or other convertible instruments during the month.
The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent for its enlarged share base.
Apart from the share split, the filing reported no other movements in share capital, no fund-raising via option exercises, and no changes to treasury stock.
