Stock News12-12

SENSETIME-W (00020) surged over 6% in early trading, and as of press time, it was up 4.74% at HK$2.2, with a turnover of HK$785 million.

The rally follows recent news that Daxiao Robotics, an independent entity under SENSETIME's "1+X" spin-off strategy focused on embodied intelligence, announced it will officially debut on December 18. The company plans to unveil several globally leading technologies and product lineups, including the first domestically open-source and commercially applied "Kaiwu" World Model 3.0.

Additionally, Daxiao Robotics will introduce the world's first ACE technology paradigm, establishing a full-chain technical system based on vision—"environmental collection + world model + embodied base model."

Notably, the company will also launch its Embodied Super Brain Module A1, equipped with the pioneering pure vision-based, map-free end-to-end VLA embodied intelligence model, which boasts industry-disruptive autonomous navigation capabilities.

Leveraging this module, Daxiao Robotics has formed strategic partnerships with leading domestic embodied intelligence firms to rapidly deploy robotic dogs in industrial scenarios such as security and inspection, while expanding applications to drive large-scale commercialization.

Wang Xiaogang, Co-founder of SENSETIME and Chairman of Daxiao Robotics, stated that the robotic dog features spatial autonomy and will undergo mass commercial promotion next year, initially targeting validation in cultural tourism and smart city applications, with a shipment goal exceeding 1,000 units in 2024.
