Key agenda items (special resolutions): 1. Adoption of “群核科技” as the Company’s dual foreign name in Chinese, effective upon approval and registration by the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies. 2. Full replacement of the Tenth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) with an Eleventh Amended and Restated version that consolidates the proposed amendments outlined in the circular dated 14 October 2026.
