SGX Filings11-14

Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust, announced on Nov, 14 2025 that MIT’s subsidiaries have entered into a new loan facility guaranteed by DBS Trustee Limited.

The agreement contains change-of-control clauses mirroring terms in MIT’s existing loan and note programmes. Lenders may cancel commitments and noteholders may demand immediate repayment if the manager resigns without an approved replacement or if the manager ceases to be a subsidiary of sponsor Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.

A total of about 3.433 billion Singapore dollars of debt could be accelerated if either condition is breached. The manager confirmed that no such breach has occurred to date.
