Deep News10-30

At its third-quarter 2026 results briefing held on October 30, Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ASX: 601288) outlined how its wealth management business stands apart from peers.

Liu Wentao, Deputy General Manager of the Personal Finance Department, said the bank's differentiated competitive strength in wealth management stems from its distinctive integrated rural-urban service capability.

He explained that this means delivering inclusive, tailored services to the broad base of county-level customers while also offering diversified, professional asset allocation solutions to various specialized urban client groups, thereby serving both mass-market inclusivity and professional wealth management needs.

The bank will continue to uphold its service philosophy of "guarding with craftsmanship, enriching the future with wisdom," Liu said, anchoring itself in client-centric asset allocation.

He added that Agricultural Bank Of China Limited (ASX: 601288) will seize the substantial opportunities in wealth management, strengthen its retail business moat, stay true to its people-oriented financial roots, and drive high-quality development of its wealth management operations.
