Seres is rapidly advancing its deployment in the field of embodied artificial intelligence, with plans to launch multiple types of embodied AI robots this year, including bipedal, quadrupedal, and wheeled models.
Recently, Zhang Zhengping, Chairman of Seres Automobile, led brand ambassador Huang Bo on a tour of the Seres super factory, where a humanoid robot developed by Seres was unveiled for the first time. Footage from a released video indicates that the Seres humanoid robot is already in practical operation, serving various scenarios across both industrial manufacturing for business clients and service reception for consumers.
Sources indicate that Seres is propelling its automotive technology toward L4+ level embodied intelligence, focusing on synergy with its vehicle business. This initiative aims to cover consumer-facing areas such as retail, service, and companionship, as well as business-oriented operations including manufacturing and logistics. The company's range of embodied AI robots, encompassing bipedal, quadrupedal, and wheeled types, is expected to be officially launched within this calendar year.
