Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. (00168) announced that, as of October 16, 2026, the company's controlling shareholder, Tsingtao Brewery Group, and its concert parties had cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's A-shares by 459,200 shares, representing approximately 0.0337% of the company's total issued shares, with an increase amount of RMB 23.3635 million; and had cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's H-shares by 1.583 million shares, representing approximately 0.1160% of the company's total issued shares, with an increase amount of HKD 64.5529 million.
