1. Access electronic versions of all corporate communications—such as annual and interim reports, ESG disclosures, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—via the company’s website, with an email or postal notification upon publication; or 2. Continue to receive printed copies of these materials.
Key timetable and default option • Submission deadline: 29 May 2026 • If no completed reply form or written objection is returned by the deadline, the shareholder will be deemed to have consented to electronic delivery and will receive a notification letter by post when new documents are uploaded.
Process overview • To exercise a preference, shareholders must mark one option on the reply form, provide an email address if choosing e-delivery, sign the form, and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. • Joint holders should ensure the shareholder whose name appears first on the register signs the form. • Preferences can be changed at any time by written notice or email to Tricor Investor Services Limited (709-ecom@vistra.com).
Data privacy assurance The company states that any personal data collected will be used solely for processing communication preferences, may be shared with relevant subsidiaries and service providers for administrative purposes, and will be retained only as necessary. Shareholders may request access to or correction of their personal data through Tricor’s Data Privacy Officer.
This initiative is designed to streamline information distribution, reduce environmental impact and align the group’s communication practices with regulatory guidelines under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
